Chef Helen makes quality a priority.

Using clean cooking techniques to create meals that provide complete nourishment and taste great. Sourcing ingredients from high quality local markets and farms. Crafting menus that honor seasonal produce, and factoring in Minnesota's ever-changing weather. 

Her diverse ethnic background inspires much of her cooking and encourages her to develop new and dynamic flavor profiles. 

Chef Helen is the melting pot from which she cooks from. Her love for food and cooking stems from a childhood spent experimenting with new recipes in her parents kitchen. Dinner at the Pang house was and continues to be an experience and often includes the entire family pitching in on the meal.

Food is personal, it is not one-size-fits-all.

She takes each client’s needs seriously. Crafting every menu to provide exceptional food, and accommodate each client’s unique palate. Her understanding of taste, presentation and nutrients shows in every dish she prepares.

    Born and raised in Oaxaca, Chef Rocko arrived in Minnesota in 2015. Bringing dynamic flavors and presentation to the roots team, it is never a dull experience when Rocko is in the kitchen.

    A midwesterner true and true, Chef Ders grew up outside of Madison, Wisconsin. He has worked at several local restaurants honing his craft and bringing flavor, and skills to our team.

    Southside native, she ignites our team. With her innovative ideas and vibrant personally, our kitchen is filled with smiles from ear-to-ear.
